AireCom is an employee-owned, customer-focused commercial HVAC and refrigeration company, serving central Ohio for more than 20 years. We provide industry-best commercial and industrial heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance services.

Our Leadership Team

Chad Eddy

PRESIDENT

Chad joined AireCom as President in 2022. He brings 30+ years of experience to the company, in roles such as CEO/COO, IT Operations, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, and Corporate Accounting. Chad has his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Clemson University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Capital University. Chad is married with two kids, and in his free time enjoys, reading, running, live music and traveling.

David Meek

OPERATIONS

David Meek is currently the Operations Leader at AireCom in charge of overseeing all field technicians. David serves as the field technical expert, providing the guidance necessary to uphold our service commitment to clients. As someone who prides himself on quality and excellence, David pushes our team of technicians to produce the highest quality of service, ranging from routine to highly complex in scope.

David has an associates degree in Applied Science with a focus in HVAC and refrigeration. He has a career within the HVAC/R industry spanning closer to three decades. David and his wife Jenny have been married for over 23 years and have four amazing children together. In his spare time, David golfs, plays in a small band, and enjoys time with friends and family.

Ashley Ready

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Ashley joined the AireCom team as Controller in October 2022. She has 14 years of experience in various accounting and finance roles across a range of industries. Ashley holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and earned her MBA with a focus in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester. Ashley and her wife have one child and spend most of their free time attending youth sporting events.
